Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

How to Start a Return: Simply reach out to us at info@eposhly.com to start the return process. We'll guide you through it. Please note that we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions if your return is approved. Items returned without prior authorization won't be accepted.

Damages or Issues: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong one, please let us know right away. Send us a video or an image of the product that you received so we can make it right. We're committed to resolving any issues promptly.

Exceptions: While we aim to make returns easy, there are a few exceptions. Customized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gasses generally cannot be returned. Please reach out if you have concerns about a specific item. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges: Need a different item? The quickest way is to return what you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
